IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- The candidate must have university Registration Number, which may be obtained through website.
- Keep the scanned (.jpg) files of following items. Photo of documents through mobile are not allowed. Only Scan copy of original documents can upload.
- Student's Photo Scan, Student's Signature Scan, Parent's/Guardian's Signature Scan
- Scanned copy of Original Documents (For every Document Min. Width 800 Pixels) - 10th Mark sheet/Certificate, 12th Mark sheet/Certificate, UG-Marksheet, Category/Sub Category Certificates, University Registration Number, EWS Certificate.
- अभ्यर्थी के पास विश्वविद्यालय पंजीकरण संख्या होनी चाहिए।
- निम्नलिखित वस्तुओं की स्कैन की गई (.jpg) फाइलें रखें। मोबाइल के माध्यम से दस्तावेजों की फोटो की अनुमति नहीं है।
- छात्रा की फोटो स्कैन, छात्रा के हस्ताक्षर स्कैन, माता-पिता/अभिभावक के हस्ताक्षर स्कैन
- मूल दस्तावेजों की स्कैन की गई कॉपी (प्रत्येक दस्तावेज की न्यूनतम चौड़ाई 800 पिक्सेल)
